Connection to Camp No Limits:

Alex Barone was introduced to Camp No Limits eleven years ago while filming a doc-series entitled, "A Little Different" for the network CryptTV. Alex was the host of this show in which he traveled around California interviewing unique individuals with extraordinary talents. In promoting the series, Ali reached out to many organizations to help promote the show, and in doing so, Mary Leighton was one of the first people to respond. She responded by inviting Alex to an upcoming Camp in Big Bear to come check it out! Alex went and fell in love as Mary and Camp No Limits welcomed him with open arms. Given that Alex was also born with limb difference himself, he never had this sort of camp or community when growing up. It felt like home to him and he has been coming ever since and is now part of the CNL staff, traveling to all the camps with the team!
